Rental prices

• Midseason (01.09 – 30.09): € 225 (USD 245) per night
• Highseason: € 265 (USD 285) per night
• Peakseason (15.12 – 08.01): € 385 (USD 423) per night * (14 nights € 5390 – USD 5922)

* For arrivals and/or stays in or around the Christmas period, the minimum rental period is 14 nights at peak season rate.

Prices excl. 9% local tax (OB)

Apartment deposit: 500 Euro (USD 540) [must be paid in cash to management Diana Terstall on the day of arrival).

Intermediate cleaning € 89,- / 99 USD (causing oblikgation after every 7 nights)

Management + End-Cleaning: 199 Euro (USD 215).

Additional cost: Electricity consumption during your stay will be charged at € 1,60 (USD 1,75) per kWh and water consumption at € 13 (USD 15) per m3.

Free entrance to Boca-Gentil-Beachpool, Papagayo-Seawater-Pool and Jan Thiel Beach.
