The apartment is fully furnished. The living room has two ceiling fans, a couch area with flat-screen TV (HDMI cable connection for laptop available) and a large dining board for 6 persons. The living room opens through two large sliding doors to the spacious terrace. The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (american fridge-freezer with ice cube machine, nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven). A washing machine with iron and ironing facilities is located in the storage room next to the kitchen. Super-fast wireless internet throughout the apartment (WIFI, fiber optic network).
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a private bathroom (toilet, shower, two washbasins), a walk-in wardobe and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have automatic air conditioning.
From the spacious, airy terrace you can directly look at the in-house pool. This modern teak-covered pool is shared with 11 other apartments. Two other pools are located 4 minutes walk directly on the beach.
